ÎÞÂë¹ú²ú provided general contracting services for the construction of six new multi-family apartment buildings atop an 8.5-acre lot. The six buildings have 188 total units across 180,000 square feet. They include 102 one-bedroom units, 72 two-bedroom units, and 12 three-bedroom units. In the main building, residents have access to amenities including a lap pool, a fire pit, and a fenced dog park with dog wash stations. The ground floor incorporates core and shell space for future retail/commercial buildout. As part of the project, ÎÞÂë¹ú²ú completed significant sitework that required moving an estimated 30,000 cubic yards of dirt and installing erosion control measures and a large detention pond to protect state waters traversing the site.
