ÎÞÂë¹ú²ú is the general contractor on a development at Long Beach Airport to create 30,000 square feet of hangar space and approximately 3,000 square feet of adjoining office space for tenant Atlantic Aviation. ÎÞÂë¹ú²ú’s scope of work consists of the demolition of existing hangar facilities and the construction of a new hangar facility. The new hangar will be a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB). Work also includes the paving of a parking lot and aircraft ramp area.
